- May 2024 Pass-outs: Candidates who have cleared their CA final examination in May 2024.
- Completion of Articleship: Candidates must complete their articleship by 31st October 2024.
- Previous Attempts: Candidates who passed out before May 2024 but did not register for the regular campus due to specific reasons are also eligible. For example, those who cleared the November 2023 exams but did not register for the February-March 2024 campus placement program.

Important Deadlines
- Last Date for Registration: 24th July 2024. It’s important to note that this deadline is final, and no extensions will be provided.
- Extended Registration for Smaller Centers: For those opting only for smaller centers, the registration remains open until 10th September 2024.
Campus Interview Schedule
- Big Centers:
- Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi & Pune: Interviews will be conducted between 22nd August to 10th September 2024.
- Smaller Centers:
- Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Durgapur, Ernakulam, Guwahati, Indore, Kanpur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Noida, Patna, Rajkot, Ranchi, Raipur, Ratlam, Thane, Vadodara & Visakhapatnam: Interviews are scheduled from 23rd September to 27th September 2024.
Registration Process
- Obtain ICAI Membership: Immediately after passing the CA final examination, obtain your ICAI membership. This is a prerequisite for campus placement registration.
- Quote Membership Details: During online registration, provide your Membership number or acknowledgment receipt number. If not available, fill out an online undertaking with the expected date of obtaining membership.
- Quote Advance MCS Certificate: Mention the certificate number or the expected date of enrollment for the Advance MCS batch, which should start before 12th August 2024.
- Online Registration: Visit the ICAI Placement Portal, generate a password, and log in using your CA Final Roll Number. This portal will be your primary interface for all campus placement activities.
- Verify Data: Ensure the accuracy of your data on the portal. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to the cancellation of your candidature.
Shortlisting and Interview Process
- Shortlisting: Organizations will shortlist candidates online. Candidates must regularly check their status on the ICAI placement portal to stay informed about their application status.
- Consent Giving: Candidates can consent to interviews with up to four organizations. If not selected at a bigger center, they can opt for interviews at smaller centers.
- Interview Attendance: Once consent is given, attendance at interviews is mandatory. Failure to attend without prior notice will be taken seriously by ICAI.
General Guidelines
- Dress Code: Adhere to the recommended dress code for interviews to ensure a professional appearance.
- Check Login Regularly: Stay updated with shortlisting status, interview schedules, and other important information through your login on the ICAI portal.
- Acceptance of Offers: Only accept one offer. After acceptance, you will not be able to attend other interviews.
- Commitment Charges: A fee of Rs. 5,000/- will be charged for not joining a company after signing the Declaration Form. This is to ensure commitment and prevent blocking opportunities for other candidates.
- Special Permission: Candidates under 21 years old need special permission to participate. Contact ICAI for this special provision.
