General Guidelines
Only women Chartered Accountants who do not hold a Certificate of Practice (CoP) or hold it on a part-time basis are eligible for this drive.
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 (including 18% GST) is applicable.
Members must register online at https://cmibplacements.icai.org under the ‘Career Ascent’ section.
Each member can give consent for up to three (3) recruiting entities, even if more companies shortlist them.
All interviews will be conducted virtually through a platform chosen by the participating organizations.
Participating companies will share the virtual interview link directly with the shortlisted members via the email ID registered on the ICAI placement portal.
Once a candidate accepts an offer (digitally or via signed letter/declaration), they are no longer eligible to attend interviews with or accept offers from any other organization in this drive.
